Wall mounted prices are fixed. Cassette and ducted units get priced from a photo, because dropping a ceiling panel is a bigger job than opening a wall unit.

What a service price actually includes
Six jobs, every visit. Nothing skipped to hit the number.
Filters washed
Pulled out, washed, dried, put back straight.
Indoor coil cleaned
Dust off the fins so cold air gets through.
Blower wheel wiped
Where most of the black dust hides.
Drain pipe flushed
Blocked drains are why units drip down walls.
Outdoor unit rinsed
A choked outdoor unit makes the whole system work harder.
Cooling tested
We measure the air before we pack up and leave.
What costs extra, and what doesn't

If we open your unit and find something the quote didn't cover, work stops and you get a new number first. You can say no.

How much is an aircon service in Penang?
Wall mounted units from 1HP to 2HP are RM100 each. Ducted units are RM180. Anything bigger than 2HP or a ceiling cassette, send us a photo and we'll confirm the figure on WhatsApp before we come.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Travel anywhere on Penang island or Seberang Perai is in the price. You pay for the work, not for us turning up.
Does the price change with the horsepower of my unit?
Not between 1HP and 2HP, which covers most bedroom and living room units. Above 2HP there's more coil and more time, so we quote it once we've seen a photo.
Why do cassette and ducted units need a photo first?
Because the job changes depending on what's up there. Dropping a ceiling panel, cleaning a drain pump and working in place takes longer than opening a wall unit. A photo tells us which it is, so we can give you one fixed number instead of a range.
What happens if you find something extra once the unit is open?
Work stops and you get a new number before we carry on. You can say no and we'll put it back together and charge you the original quote. We don't invent extras halfway through a job.
Is it cheaper if I have several units done?
Tell us how many and we'll quote the whole lot as one number. One trip, several units, so there's usually room to move on the price. Same for shops, offices and condos.
Are prices the same on the mainland?
Yes. Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam, Perai and the rest of Seberang Perai pay the same rates as George Town.
When do I pay?
After the job, once you've felt the air. You pay the number you already approved on WhatsApp, nothing on top.
